Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of Doctor Appliance, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Services

Doctor Appliance provides appliance repair services in San Diego, Orange County & Los Angeles Area. Our services include diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of household appliances. We strive to provide high-quality service but do not guarantee that all appliances can be repaired.

Service Appointments

By scheduling a service appointment, you agree that:

  • You are authorized to grant access to the property where service will be performed
  • You will provide accurate information about the appliance and the issue
  • An adult (18+) will be present during the service call
  • You will provide safe and reasonable access to the appliance
  • Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance

Pricing and Payment

  • We provide upfront pricing before beginning any repair work
  • Payment is due upon completion of service
  • We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash
  • Additional work discovered during repair will be quoted separately
  • A service call fee may apply and will be disclosed when scheduling

Warranty

We offer a 90-Day Parts & Labor Warranty on parts and labor for repairs performed by our technicians. This warranty covers defects in parts and workmanship under normal use. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, power surges, or subsequent unrelated issues.

Limitation of Liability

Doctor Appliance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Property Access

By scheduling service, you grant our technicians permission to access the areas of your property necessary to perform the requested service. You are responsible for securing pets and clearing access to the appliance.

Parts and Materials

We use quality replacement parts in our repairs. While we strive to use OEM parts when available, substitute parts of equal or greater quality may be used. Any removed parts become the property of Doctor Appliance unless otherwise agreed.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with California law.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
